When exposed, Lim Guan Eng will continue to deceive

Truth be told that in AG Report 2010, it was discovered that Lim Guan Eng did not even build a single unit of low cost house since he took over the state in 2008!
Lim Guan Eng wants us to empathise with him that RM500 million was very difficult to obtain and it took him 4 years to get that amount. But this is another lie that he tries to sell.

- A 0.4ha land in Taman Manggis, located in the heart of George Town, was put up for tender quite recently. It was sold for pittance at RM232psf or RM11mil.
- Then the interesting part comes. Barisan Nasional took up the challenge to buy up the land, even it was offered at double the price.
- Instead, he prefers to use the rakyat’s money to rent a bungalow at RM9,000 monthly. And apparently the bungalow belongs to a friend who is connected to the successful bidder of the Taman Manggis land.
