Wang Kertas Baru (RM50)

Berhati-hati dengan wang kertas RM50 yang baru.

Berikut adalah foto wang kertas RM50 yang baru, jadi luntur setelah ianya termasuk ke dalam mesin basuh. Mengikut email yang dikirim, wang kertas itu adalah wang baru, dikeluarkan dari mesin ATM. Ianya terlipat bersama-sama beberapa keping yang lain di dalam sebuah dompet kulit. Dompet tersebut terlupa dikeluarkan dari poket seluar jean yang hendak dibasuh. Pengirim hanya menyedarinya apabila hendak mengambil seluar itu dari mesin basuh.

Beginilah rupanya wang kertas tersebut sebaik sahaja di ambil dari mesin basuh:-

Saya pernah menerima aduan yang lebih kurang sama. Wang kertas RM50 yang baru akan senang luntur dan mungkin menjadi hampir putih sekira dibiarkan lama dalam air (bersabun?).

Saya harap pihak Bank Negara Malaysia dapat mengambil maklum serta tindakan sewajarnya mengenai kualiti wang kertas RM50 yang baru ini. Wang kertas RM50 yag sebelum ini adalah lebih tahan dan tidak senang luntur.

So Nervous

We can be this nervous too, if "one-sided racism" is left unchecked. Don't just blame one side of the society when the other side is fanning racism too... and it won't get any better... simply because we never want to be united.... we don't even want to speak COMMON LANGUAGE for a start.... and we don't even want to nurture our kids in ONE SCHOOL...

HIGH SCHOOL IN AMERICA

1959 vs. 2009

Scenario 1

Jack goes quail hunting before school and then pulls into the school parking lot with his shotgun in his truck's gun rack.

1959 - Vice Principal comes over, looks at Jack's shotgun, goes to his car and gets his shotgun to show Jack.

2009 - School goes into lock down, FBI called, Jack hauled off to jail and never sees his truck or gun again. Counselors called in for traumatized students and teachers.

Scenario 2

Johnny and Mark get into a fist fight after school.

1959 - Crowd gathers. Mark wins. Johnny and Mark shake hands and end up buddies.

 2009 - Police called and SWAT team arrives -- they arrest both Johnny and Mark. They are both charged  with assault and both expelled even though Johnny started it.

Scenario 3

Jeffrey will not be still in class, he disrupts other students.

1959 - Jeffrey sent to the Principal's office and given a good paddling by the Principal. He then returns to class, sits still and does not disrupt class again.

2009 - Jeffrey is given huge doses of Ritalin He becomes a zombie. He is then tested for ADD. The school gets extra money from the state because Jeffrey has a disability.

Scenario 4

Billy breaks a window in his neighbor's car and his Dad gives him a whipping with his belt.

1959 - Billy is more careful next time, grows up normal, goes to college and becomes a successful businessman.

2009 - Billy's dad is arrested for child abuse. Billy is removed to foster care and joins a gang. The state psychologist is told by Billy's sister that she remembers being abused herself and their dad goes to prison. Billy's mom has an affair with the psychologist.

Scenario 5

Mark gets a headache and takes some aspirin to school.

1959 - Mark shares his aspirin with the Principal out on the smoking dock.

2009 - The police are called and Mark is expelled from school for drug violations. His car is then searched for drugs and weapons.

Scenario 6

Pedro fails high school English.

1959 - Pedro goes to summer school, passes English and goes to college.

2009 - Pedro's cause is taken up by state. Newspaper articles appear nationally explaining that teaching English as a requirement for graduation is racist. ACLU files class action lawsuit against the state school system and Pedro's English teacher. English is then banned from core curriculum. Pedro is given his diploma anyway but ends up mowing lawns for a living because he cannot speak English.

Scenario 7

Johnny takes apart leftover firecrackers from the Fourth of July, puts them in a model airplane paint bottle and blows up a red ant bed.

1959 - Ants die.

2009 - ATF, Homeland Security and the FBI are all called. Johnny is charged with domestic terrorism. The FBI investigates his parents and all siblings are removed from their home and all computers are confiscated. Johnny's dad is placed on a terror watch list and is never allowed to fly again.

Scenario 8

Johnny falls while running during recess and scrapes his knee. He is found crying by his teacher, Mary. Mary hugs him to comfort him. 

1959 - In a short time, Johnny feels better and goes on playing.

2009 - Mary is accused of being a sexual predator and loses her job. She faces 3 years in State Prison. Johnny undergoes 5 years of therapy.

Surely, we too don't want our law enforcement agencies to become that nervous. 

Scenario 6A

Ah Chong fails high school Bahasa Melayu.

1959 - Ah Chong goes to Kelas Tambahan, passes Bahasa Melayu and goes to college.

2009 - Ah Chong's cause is taken up by state controlled by kiasu.   Kiasu newspaper articles appear nationally explaining that teaching Bahasa Melayu as a requirement for graduation is racist. DON ZONG files class action lawsuit against the national school system and Ah Chong's Bahasa Melayu teacher. Mandarin is then made compulsory from core curriculum. Ah Chong is given his diploma anyway but ends up selling pirated VCDs for a living because he cannot speak Bahasa Kebangsaan.

Though I was in such complete pain, I was dying. I knew I would never see your face or hear you say how much you love me. I wanted to make all your tears go away. I had so many plans to make you happy. Now I couldn't; all my dreams were shattered. Though I was in utter pain and horror, I felt the pain of my heart breaking, above all. I wanted more than anything to be your daughter. No use now, for I was dying a painful death. I could only imagine the terrible things that they had done to you. I wanted to tell you that I love you before I was gone, but I didn't know the words you could understand.

And soon, I no longer had the breath to say them; I was dead. I felt myself rising. I was being carried by a huge angel into a big beautiful place. I was still crying, but the physical pain was gone. The angel took me away to a wonderful place... Then I was happy. I asked the angel what was the thing was that killed me. He answered, "Abortion". I am sorry, for I know how it feels." I don't know what abortion is; I guess that's the name of the monster. I'm writing to say that I love you and to tell you how much I wanted to be your little girl. I tried very hard to live. I wanted to live. I had the will, but I couldn't; the monster was too powerful. It sucked my arms and legs off and finally got all of me. It was impossible to live. I just wanted you to know I tried to stay with you. I didn't want to die. Also, Mommy, please watch out for that abortion monster. Satu Bahasa : Telur-Telur Itu

Bagaimana hendak ada pemahaman di antara satu sama lain sedangkan

bercakap pun menggunakan bahasa yang berlainan?

Tapi nampaknya bahasa 1Malaysia lebih cenderung kepada bahasa 1Rojak - Apa ini TS Muhyiddin? Kenapa bahasa orang cina dan bahasa orang india sahaja? Orang singh dan lain-lain orang lagi di Malaysia ini macamana pula? 

Ini lah bahananya 1Malaysia - Ada yang menganggap bahawa ianya senjata yang memusnahkan, bukannya alat yang boleh membawa kepada perpaduan.

Mungkin ini menjadi satu cara bagi saudara-saudara singh kita hendak memahirkan diri mereka dalam menguasai bahasa kebangsaan negara setelah pemimpin kerajaan nampaknya tidak begitu bersungguh-sungguh hendak mendaulatkan Bahasa Melayu, bahasa kebangsaan negara ini sebagaimana yang termaktub di dalam Perlembagaan dan Akta Bahasa.

(Ataupun kita yang bukan singh ini cuba hendak memahami apa yang saudara singh kita itu nyanyikan?)

Racist Pig

Diumpamakan....

Kita telah gagal menyekat penyelinapan masuk seekor babi yang badannya penuh dengan virus H1N1. Apa nak buat? Kita terlepas pandang. Kini babi tersebut telah berkeliaran dalam kawasan kita.

Ya. Mungkin kita dapat jejak babi H1N1 tersebut. Kita tembaknya mampos dan gali tanah 7 hasta dalam untuk menimbusnya. Tetapi virus-virus yang dibawa bersama babi ini telahpun tersebar di ruang udara dan telahpun juga menjangkiti orang. Apa nak buat?

Sebagai seorang warga negara yang bertangungjawab, yang benar-benar menganggap negara ini negara tanah tumpah darahnya, benar-benar seorang yang berjiwa negara Malaysia.......

walaupun telah dijangkiti H1N1....

dia sepatutnya rela dikuarantinkan di hospital khas, memakai penutup muka, mengamal kebersihan pada tahap yang lebih tinggi, mengikut nasihat doktor.....

Bukannya berada di luar sana....tanpa penutup mulut.... berteriak ....

sedangkan diri sendiri dijangkiti atau kata lainnya dirosakkan oleh seekor babi...

KITA SAMA-SAMA BERUSAHA UNTUK MENCEGAHNYA DARI TERUS MEREBAK

Dalam hal "RASUAH" pula, jangan begitu pantas dan lantang menuding jari kepada orang yang menerima rasuah sedangkan diri sendiri yang menghulur rasuah. Diri sendiri yang menggalakkan rasuah. Diri sendiri yang mengamalkan BUDAYA KAU-TIM.

Siapa yang membawa masuk BUDAYA INI asalnya? Siapa yang gemar mengamalkan BUDAYA INI hingga sekarang? Mana ada PENERIMA sekira tiada PEMBERInya? Nak terima apa, kalau tiada yang sudi memberi? Fikir-fikirkanlah tentang siapa sebenarnya yang MEMULAKAN.

Kenapa begitu lantang memarahi seekor kucing yang dijamu matanya dengan pandangan seekor ikan panggang panas, terpampang luas tanpa ditudung saji?

Fikir-fikirkanlah sebelum menuding jari kerana mungkin anda tidak kisah bergelumang dengan virus H1N1 sehinggakan menjangkiti orang lain, yang asal sihat tubuh badannya. Jangan jadi BABI dan berteriak BABI!.

Nanti terpalit gelaran SAD FILTHY RACIST PIG !!!

Subsidi

Agaknya kerana setiap kali ada pilihanraya, DS Najib asyik dok buat "deal", maka ada yang membantah sebegini kut?

Kata Sakmongkol AK47 :-

We are included only when it comes to sharing the burden but excluded when it comes to sharing benefits.

Ya lah, rakyat pun meluat juga bila mereka saja yang perlu berhemah untuk menanggung beban ekonomi. Ini melibatkan keperluan asas kepada mereka seperti harga minyak. Ianya sedia maklum bukan, apabila harga minyak naik, kebanyakan barang keperluan asas yang lain pun akan ikut naik sama.

Kerajaan pun mesti ikut sama berhemah juga, jangan seperti kata Sakmongkol AK47. Tang "burden" bagi kat rakyat, tang "benefits (?)".... 

Ye lah...

• Yang 'free' ini agaknya lebih 3 tahun subsidi mampu diteruskan
• Salah satu punca ketirisan - 'politik wang'?
• Dulu dah tanya sikit di sini. Muka baru ke ni? Tingkat 4 pun belum habis-habis lagi?
• Iklan yang ini pun rakyat kena bayar? Ada subsidi ke?

Malaslah nak cari atikel-artikel yang lain seperti Sime Darby, PKFZ, Petronas & Tingkat 4 Boys, Bakun dan lain-lain lagi. Campur-campur semua ni, sepatut subsidi boleh di kasi terus sampai 9 keturunan! 

Datuk A Kadir Jasin bertanya:-

"...apakah hutang negara yang besar ini kerana subsidi sahaja atau kerana pemborosan, ketirisan dan rasuah?..."

Tulisnya lagi:-

"...Duit yang digunakan untuk subsidi itu bukan duit kerajaan, tetapi duit pembayar cukai individu dan korporat. Kerajaan sekadar menguruskannya..."
