Well folks, remember the small wager I put up recently about predicting the next postponement in the Liwat Trial? Go ahead, have two teh tarik. The trial resumed this morning and was immediately postponed by one month to February 14 (Valentine's Day). The Judge set the date for February 14th to March 25th, 2011.

Two Judges of the Federal Court freed Anwar from jail because they said the Prosecution could not pinpoint the exact time of the sodomy. That is all. Despite this, the Federal Court has still put it down in writing, in black and white, that in their view the act of sodomy did take place. Just they don’t know the exact time and date. These are all facts.
This is a strange ruling by the two Federal Court judges. In Malaysia and almost all other civilized countries when women, girls, boys, young children (boys and girls) who are raped, sodomised or molested appear in Court - very often these victims cannot remember the exact time, day and date they were raped or sodomised. Yet the Court has recorded convictions. Why then did the two Federal Court judgesmake such a strange decision in the Anwar Ibrahim sodomy case?

Adakah ini suatu rekod dunia? Ada sesiapa yang hendak calonkan kepada Guinness Book of World Record tak?
Ataupun Malaysian Book of Record? (Petikan dari THE UNSPINNERS)
“Isnin ini sebutan semula kes di Mahkamah Tinggi. Akan terus berdoa, istiqamah dan sabar. Bulan 6 ini, (akan) masuk 3 tahun (kes ini). Sudah lebih kurang 30 permohonan dan rayuan (serta) 50 kali tangguh. Alhamdulillah, akan terus bersabar. Ada hikmah. Tk di atas sokongan dan doa”, kata Saiful di facebooknya semalam."
Usahlah tanya atau bebelkan kepada Anwar Ibrahim dan pasukan pembelanya. Mereka telahpun berjaya "menangguh" sebanyak 50 kali, memakan sehingga hampir 3 tahun. Mereka akan terus cuba menangguh sampai tidak terbilang, sehingga kiamat pun!
Perbicaraan KES SEBENAR (dakwaan Saiful terhadap Anwar Ibrahim) masih belum dapat lagi bermula secara efektif sehingga hari ini akibat penangguhan-penangguhan ini !!!
Mungkin kita boleh bertanya kepada sistem kehakiman yang ada pada hari ini?
