The problem with many things in our country now have been caused by the KPIs. Whoever was the con-sultan who thought up the KPIs should be drawn and quartered. The KPIs are really destroying the country. Only Khazanah Nasional Berhad and the GLCs are achieving all their KPIs year in and year out, without fail. Despite losing billions of Ringgits of taxpayers money “all their KPIs are achieved” and their CEOs get fat bonuses. Just how they do this trick will even stump David Copperfield. The GLCs have also become powerhouses for “generating incapacity”.
Contohnya : Benarkah salahsatu KPI Polis Trafik ditentukan oleh jumlah saman yang dikeluarkan? (lebih banyak saman dikeluarkan, lebih banyak RM "masuk" kepada kerajaan, lebih dekat PDRM kepada istilah "revenue center" instead of "cost center" - Semuanya pasal duit, bukan?)
